Mindful Psychology is based in central Amsterdam and offers counseling, therapy and coaching through face to face and online sessions. Psychologist and counselor Drs. Carmen Sánchez Iglesias is a member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS) and NIP (Dutch Institute of Psychologists) and provides personalised quality care with effective intervention.
Carmen has extensive experience in working with children, teenagers and adults from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Sessions are available for individuals, couples, families and groups in English, French and Spanish.
Mindful Psychology Amsterdam practices with a range of evidence based approaches such a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
